Character Name: Ruka Minazuki
Series: Fatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse
Age: 17; while she's a year shy of 18, she's straightforward and honest, dealing with fellow patients from the sanatorium or vengeful spirits. She tries her best to understand people and their motivations
From When?: Phase IX: Descent, when she enters her family home
Warden Justification: Ruka is compassionate and a good listener, and really delves into the idea of what makes someone themselves. The religion of her home revolves around the idea of masks/masking the self and the moon, memory, and the self. She'd be good at digging into the 'why' of someone's past actions and how they've shaped them to today. And although her memory is spotty, she did spend some of her childhood in a sanatorium and in and out of hospitals, meaning she has some insight to how therapy and rehabilitation works.
Her ability with her music to help soothe and to help with memory would likely be pretty useful too
Item: Her Camera Obscura. If she takes a picture, it'll show her the room her inmate is in
Abilities/Powers: Ruka is able to see spirits, but that's about all. Without her Camera Obscura she doesn't appear capable of exorcising them or anything like that.
As a descendent of the Tsukimori Maidens, her music has the ability to soothe agitation and in particular the Moon Song, which at this time she can only remember snippets of, can help trigger lost or buried memories in people
Wardening Strategies and Philosophies: While Ruka struggles with her own lack of memory, she can understand the struggles of people who were in desperate situations, or trying to do what they could/believed they were right when they were really hurting people. Her father was similar to that and she has nothing but sympathy for him and spent a good portion of her canon trying to understand him. She wants to listen and understand why they did what they did, validate that at the time maybe they thought it was best and expand from there. Basically, she's best at talk therapy and asking questions to help the other person come to their conclusions about what they did wrong and why and how it effected the people around them.

Sorry to interrupt, I just had a few questions, mostly for other Wardens. I'm aware I'm really new to this and I want to do the best I can to help. If someone could tell me some techniques they've used or methods, I'd appreciate it.
I'll go look in the library for any books on it too. [She goes quiet for a moment, looking off slightly as she tries to make sure she's gone over what she's wanted. There's no use in making multiple uploads on the network, so she'd like to get everything out of the way at once.]
Does anyone know if they have sheet music in the library? I'm looking for piano music to practice.
